This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using OttaBlast. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose
OttaBlast supports business communication across WhatsApp, email, and social media. To protect recipients, customers, third-party platforms, and our infrastructure, every user must follow this policy.
2. Consent and lawful use
- You must only message contacts when you have proper consent or another valid legal authority.
- You must comply with all applicable marketing, privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, telemarketing, and platform rules.
- You must provide accurate sender identity and required disclosures.
- You must honor unsubscribe, stop, opt-out, deletion, and suppression requests promptly.
- You must not upload purchased, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.
3. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, send, promote, or facilitate content that is:
- Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, spoofing, or impersonation.
- Harassing, hateful, abusive, threatening, exploitative, or discriminatory.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to compromise systems.
- Infringing, including unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted content, or confidential information.
- Regulated content that requires licenses, disclosures, age gates, or approvals you do not have.
4. Abuse and security
You must not interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, overload systems, probe or scan infrastructure without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the Service, create fake accounts to evade limits, or use the Service to harm the reputation, deliverability, or platform standing of OttaBlast or its customers.
5. Platform rules
Your campaigns must comply with the terms and policies of connected services, including Meta/WhatsApp, our email delivery provider, other social media platforms, payment providers, and any other platform you connect. Third-party platforms may reject templates, block messages, limit accounts, or suspend access if their policies are violated.
6. Enforcement
We may review campaign activity, investigate suspected violations, throttle sending, disable integrations, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report unlawful activity where appropriate. We may act immediately if we believe there is risk to recipients, systems, third-party platforms, or our business.
