This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refund requests work for paid OttaBlast plans and usage-based services.

1. Overview
This policy applies to fees paid to OttaBlast for OttaBlast subscriptions, message credits, usage charges, and related services. If applicable consumer protection laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew monthly, annually, or on another billing cycle shown at checkout or in your account. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and usage-based charges.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings where available or by contacting support@ottablast.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your account may remain available until the end of the paid term, unless access is terminated for violation of our terms or policies.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the plan, offer, and timing shown at purchase. If no specific refund term is stated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law or where we approve a refund at our discretion.
If a first-time purchase includes a stated trial, guarantee, or promotional refund window, you must request the refund before that window expires.
5. Usage charges, message credits, and third-party costs
Usage-based charges, sent messages, consumed credits, add-ons, overages, template review costs, and fees passed through or incurred with third-party providers are generally non-refundable once used or incurred. This may include costs related to Meta/WhatsApp, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, third-party AI providers, and other social media platforms.
6. How to request help
To ask about cancellation, billing, or a refund, email support@ottablast.com from the email address on your account. Include your workspace name, invoice number or charge date, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on our payment processor and your bank or card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a later version is required by law or is more favorable to you.
