OttaBlast is a small team building in the open during the private beta. We read every message ourselves, usually within one to two business days. A little context goes a long way.

Account or login helpTell us the email on your workspace and what you were trying to do. For login issues, the app login page is the fastest route.
Setup and sendingConnecting a channel? Our SMTP setup and WhatsApp access token guides answer most questions instantly.
Beta feedbackFound a bug or have a feature request? Describe what you expected and what happened — it goes straight onto our roadmap.
Privacy and dataFor data access, export, or deletion requests, email privacy@ottablast.com so we can verify and action it under our Privacy Policy.

How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply within one to two business days. Beta and account issues are prioritized, and detailed messages get more useful answers than one-liners.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, and we genuinely want them. OttaBlast is shaped by early users, so tell us what would make email blast, WhatsApp blast, or the simple CRM work better for your team.
Do you offer phone support?
During the private beta, support is handled by email so we have the context to solve issues properly. Use the form above or write to support@ottablast.com.
I haven't received a beta invite yet — what should I do?
Make sure you've joined the list on the early access page. We invite accounts in batches as capacity opens, so a spot may simply be on its way.
